A:We encourage and support any staff member who feels ill in staying home as a preventative measure. Team members that have travelled outside of the country will be required to self-isolate for 14 days upon their return.
Our staff team has received information about how to stop the spread of the virus as it relates to their position within our hotel. Housekeepers, front desk, maintenance and administrative staff all play an important, yet distinct, role. In addition, we encourage staff to creatively problem-solve and take initiative to suggest new ways of keeping guests safe - we trust our team.
