This was our last hotel room for our trip and it was a great room very comfortable and very clean very up to date with the rooms and everything in the room was a little more than what we paid for on every other hotel in the last week

It was an older building, it looked like it was built in the 80’s. there was some noticeable wear and tear they should have fixed. They have a pool with a water slide that the kids loved and a powerful jet hot tub which was relaxing. The shower to rinse wasn’t working which means no one rinse themselves before going in the pool. The breakfast was free and had a waffle maker that you do yourself which everyone liked.

Travelled to Edmonton in August for the first time attending a Caribbean Event. Impressed with the friendly staff: Calvin, Olga, Serene and Ron. The rooms were large 2 Queen beds, nice bathroom, ac, fridge etc. It was a very busy weekend and the hotel was full. Breakfast was good, well stocked, clean and offered a variety. The pool area was nice. We didn't use it because it was so busy. I asked the maintenance staff how often do they clean it, and he said every Wednesday. Due to how many people were using it, we felt it should have been cleaned daily on a busy weekend. As a pool owners, yes we are sure they test every morning but due to all the guests, we felt it wasn't clean. The pool water was cloudy..yuck. We noticed one morning the owners of the hotel were there, and they were not friendly. Going forward, just some advice, go around introduce yourselves make an effort to physically great your guests. That gesture speaks volumes. We saw how you spoke with your staff, and it wasn't supportive, kind, team environment at all. Even though the hotel was busy, you should be mindful who's paying attention around you. Would we stay again, not sure at this time. We would like to say thank you to all the staff for making our first trip to Edmonton an enjoyable one.
