This hotel is good and all nothing eye catching it has everything you need but the problem is the drains, i couldnt take a shower without all the water flowing upto my ankles. Its impossible for 3 people to take a shower in a span of 1 hour because u need to wait 10 minutes for it to drain

Good customer service

Went there for two nights as a family. Staff was quite helpful and friendly and zero concerns there. However we found common areas and elevators to be dirty on occasions. The room was OK but the sofa bed sheets have likely not been changed just before our stay considering how wrinkled it was. Bath tub was draining quite slowly and toilet had a slight leak. Bedding was fairly comfortable. The pool and waterpark consists in a large slide connected to a pool that could be bigger considering the slide. There was a constant shortage of towels though and we couldn’t bring them to our rooms. Bunch of people actually bathed fully clothed (and not swimwear only). We were not super lucky with the noise level in our rooms considering we had a barking dog across our room and people not really cognizant they are not alone. Not the hotel fault though. Breakfast was subpar. We wanted to try something different from the Hyatt next door where we have been a few times and price wise there was only a 10% difference between both. Would recommend the Hyatt instead.
