Very accomodating and hospitable. The pool, large room and breakfast were exactly what my young family needed. Thanks for the great stay!

I don't leave reviews very often, but this hotel definitely deserves one! We're staying at the Wingate by Wyndham West Edmonton for three nights, and after just our first night, I'm already giving it a solid 9/10. If you're traveling with family, I highly recommend the family suite with two king beds. The room is spacious, with one bed in a semi-private area that gives everyone a little extra privacy. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we all had an amazing night's sleep. I also loved being able to control the room temperature ourselves. Breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options, and the staff have all been friendly, welcoming, and helpful. One of the biggest highlights is the water park! The pool has a fun mushroom water feature, water slides, and a hot tub. From the moment it opens until bedtime, it's full of kids having an absolute blast. It's a fantastic feature for families. So far, everything has been exceptional. If the next couple of nights are as great as our first, this could easily become a 10/10 stay. I would absolutely recommend Wingate by Wyndham West Edmonton to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, family-friendly hotel.

Well, the room we had was massive, quite nice, nothing the complain about. Service was off the charts. We had booked for three nights but our vacation plans changed, so we had to cancel our last two nights, and they did that for us with no issues at all! Second, my daughter forgot a super special stuffy at the hotel when we checked out. Went back the same night to see if they had it, and the lady at the front desk was so kind, she gave me a key and let me go check the room to see if it was still in there. I thought that was fantastic. It was not in there, but told me to come back the next day at 8am when housekeeping got in. They reassured me that housekeeping was real good at keeping track of these things that are left behind. Went back at 8am, and after a ton of effort, checking everywhere, double checking everywhere, hallelujah, that found it!!!! These people care. You could see the care in their faces when talking to them. All of them. The front desk lady, the housekeeping department, the manager. They made our vacation! Thank you so much to everyone there!!!
