We stayed here Oct 29 to the 31st. The management team is absolutely awesome. Felt like family. The breakfast was scrambled eggs and bacon one day lots of other options the next day was omelets and sausages with other options waffles toast Bagels cereal fruit donuts yogurt. The room was unbelievably clean the sheets to the toilet. Couldn't believe it. Lots of other hotels we have to wipe it down or hair in the bed this one was like a new room nobody stayed in yet. The pool was closed the first night and unfortunately time didn't allow us to use it when it opened the last day. And it was closed to get a new pool coating floors hot tub all re done. That room was new. The staff is awesome any questions answered any help needed was immediately fixed. Above all the desk manager and the hotel manager. Jim thank you for such a great stop and stay. We will definitely see you again next year. Cheers.

We booked this place for the use of the pool and hot tub ! And everything was shut down for pool repairs ! If we had known we would have went else where ! Other than that it really is a nice place !

The housekeeping team at this hotel is exceptional, definitely a "WOW" experience for me! After we checked out, I realized I had left my Tiffany sunglasses behind. To my surprise, the housekeeping manager personally called to let me know and arranged to have them shipped to my home in Calgary. Such thoughtful service! I’m beyond impressed with this hotel services. I highly recommend!
