Staff was typical minus the breakfast buffet worker who was obviously frustrated when told things had run out. They should have someone to help her honestly. Rooms are over due for a deep clean especially the bathrooms. Heavy dirty in deeper corners between tiles, under sink rims, etc...pool was nice but supper busy with young kids not following the rules and no one to tell them or the parents other then other hotel guests.

Pretty decent hotel. You get a bed, coffee machine, and a fridge. (I think we also got a microwave included in our room) Although, when we entered the room, some of the blankets did have some small stains, and the bathtub in the washroom had water underneath it. (just an observation - it could also mean that the bathtub doesn't reach the ground fully) The main reason we went here was the water park. Slide was great, and you can go fast or slow depending on your position! Just a tip, do NOT turn on the mushroom, and if it's on, NEVER go underneath it. I found that there was too much chlorine in the pool despite it being a water park. Could be my asthma, but my lungs had to take a break despite the fact I only stayed in the water park for 15 minutes. Also, it doesn't really stand out from it's location, so it was a bit hard to find. Overall, decent hotel, but there are definitely better ones in Edmonton.

The TV is not a smart TV, so we could only watch the regular channels. The hair dryer was not working, the bathtub was clogged, and the coffee machine in our room was also not working and noticeably dirty. But the worst part was the alarm clock suddenly going off at exactly 12:30 a.m. while we were having a good sleep! Like literally, it was crazy and so annoying. We were sleeping peacefully and suddenly the alarm started ringing. I was so mad because it completely disturbed our sleep. Good thing they have a waterpark so at least my toddler enjoyed and had fun. Overall, there were just too many issues with our room. I hope they check these things before giving the room to the next guest because it was really disappointing.
