The best hotel to stay with Family! kids will enjoy they thought the waterslide was the main vacation lol thank youuuuu very much and all the staff was so friendly!

Not very soundproof, could hear kids running and screaming down the halls all night long. Service was great though.

The pool is very tiny and echoey and was filled with screaming children. It would be nice to have some better sound insulation or some adult-only hours so that we could have used it, but I understand kids like pools; just keep this in mind if you are sensitive to sound at all, you will not like the pool. The room was clean and the hotel has a lot of lovely Indigenous Art. We had some troubles with the air conditioning being very loud and only working in one part of the suite, and guest services didnt have any ear plugs which was a shame. There was also no lotion in the room which is not the end of the world but left my skin a little dry. The choice to play Fox News at breakfast in the lobby of a Canadian hotel was interesting. Overall the stay was pleasant but not as nice as it could have been due to these issues.
