Our family enjoyed our stay. The kids had lots of fun at the pool and waterslide

Beautiful hotel, our room was perfect, the young lady on the desk was just the sweetest, when I was going outside she asked how our room was, always had a huge smile. She went over the amenities such as pool and hot tub. Our room was spacious with loads of towels, the king bed was sooo comfortable with lots of pillows. We were at the Edmonton mall so to say we were exhausted and ready for bed was an understatement. There was a restaurant near by that thankfully offered just take out. It was pricey but the portions were huge and quite delicious. There is a hot/cold breakfast available until 10:00am. Check out was easy and seamless and the young man on the desk was every bit as pleasant as the hind lady. I would definitely stay here again

Most Important thing for me in a hotel is cleaning services. Rooms was really clean and house keeping was perfect. For a 3-star hotel, it met all of my expectations.
