Kids liked the waterslide. Decent breakfast. Close to the mall and many dining options.

Great location. Waterpark was above average, and very busy during peak times. We found using it first thing in the morning best. Pool is open 7am to 10pm.

We had an excellent time at this hotel as a family. Rooms were large and spacious, and comfortably fit six of us with it's two beds and one pull-our mattress. Service was excellent, particularly at the front desk. Staff and housekeeping were polite and consistently helpful. The pool water was slightly cold but still managable. On our last night, the waterslide malfunctioned briefly (water stopped flowing) but the issue was resolved quickly, and the hot tub wasn't hot, just warm. However, this was a one time incident and the rest of the time the pool was good. Prior to leaving, we also did notice two small roaches in our bathroom. We reported this to the front desk and they were clearly empathetic and willing to listen and help with the issue. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I'll round it to five stars, but my true rating would be a 4.5/5.
