The hotel was very nice. Unfortunately our remote for the tv didn't work properly in the room though. Also, the pool is only a maximum 5 feet deep (this isn't a negative for me. It's a kids pool. Just an FYI) and the water slide and mushroom waterfall could not be turned off no matter how many times i pushed the button even when noone was using it making sitting by the pool very uninviting. The gym had a universal machine that, while it was able to provide a relatively good full body workout, was in very bad shape and sometimes made me worry if i was going to injure myself (the bars holding the weights definitely needed grease). The complementary breakfast had your standard assortment and was very good. They need more pancake makers though.

Rooms were too pricey for the quality. Not a hotel I would book again.

The hotel was decent. The kids loved the pool. Rooms were clean and the house keeping team was very prompt. Sadly, the television options were TERRIBLE. It’s 2026 and the options were either paying for on demand movies or watching the cable “what’s on” list SLOWLY scroll by to choose basic cable shows like it was 1991. We even brought our Apple TV along and it could not be connected because the TV’s have guards on the cords so you can’t switch them out. Just seems like logging into your own Netflix account should be pretty standard by now. Also, a tip for those with young kids, the floors are incredibly loud. I’d advise against staying on an upper floor with littles because their feet will get you complaints. I also heard a lot of stomping and we were on the top floor so I think it’s just not sound proofed very well. Overall the stay was fine though
